Our main idea of creating an interactive cuisine restaurant is based on exploring ancestral gastronomy in order to help preserve and honor the culture of our region. This includes the identity of the ancestors, the land we are linked to, our traditions and ways of making food. By giving another opportunity to this type of gastronomy, citizens, especially natives, directly benefit from access to this special cuisine and the gastronomic experiences to which they contribute. This interaction is a way to connect the new generation with their past, to connect culture with food. At the same time, this type of initiative helps the community to generate more tourism and more income.
